Basic rights
1. By commissioning you are agreeing with all terms.
2. We may decline commission due to the complexity.Payment
1. We accept payments wia Paypal, payoneer and cryptocurrency.
2. Payment plans available: 50/50, 40/30/30.
3. Payment plan: 1st payment - drawing process - 2nd payment - rigging process.
4.You will not receive the files if the full amount is not paid.
5. Any additions during the process are acceptable, but must be paid immediately upon request.
6. Refunds are possible only after the sketch. There is a 100 usd charge for the sketch, fee is non-refundable.Credits
1. We have the right to use the comission as a portfolio, as well as to post any processes to our socials.
2. You are obliged to credit us as the creator of your model.
3.NDA is 30% of the total amount. We will not publish the work anywhere until your debut.Waitlists
1. You can get on a waitlist if you want to get an order but the artist is busy, or you are saving up the required amount.
2. Reservation costs 10% of the full amount. If you cancel your order, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
3. Reservations can only be placed 3 months in advance of the current date.Deadline
1. Average deadline is 1 -4 months depending on the complexity of the commission.
2. Max deadline is 7 months.Working process
1. You have the right to make edits at the sketch stage.
2. After the sketch, you are entitled to 5 free edits. Each next edit is 30usd.
3. Free correction of technical errors made by studio.
4. You will receive updates throughout the work.
5. You will receive a png of your model and a file of your model for VtubeStudio. We do not share psd and cmo3.Your rights
1. You can use the model for streams and videos.
2. Creating merch with model or illustrations created by the studio is a commercial use. Commercial use costs +100% of the full price.
3. You can post illustrations in your social networks with link to us.
4. You can create illustrations based on your model.
